Set Up Your Account

If you’re on this page, it’s probably because we’ve already started to set up your administrator account.

There’s just a few more steps before you’ll launch your students into Galaxy.

  1. Watch your inbox for an email from Kuder Galaxy to set your account password.
  2. Follow the link and instructions to set your password.
  3. Then, sign into your account at by entering your email address and the password you’ve created.
  4. As your next step, consider adding other administrators and getting their admin accounts started (instructions below).

If you can’t find the email, but think you have an account, go to and click “Forgot Password?” to set a new password and access your account.

Add Administrators or Teachers

How to Add Admins

Are there other members of your staff that you would like to invite to create an administrator account? This may include school counselors, teachers, and other staff.

To invite others, complete the following steps.

  1. Select “Admins” from the navigation pane of your admin account.
  2. Then, click on “Add Admin”.
  3. Enter the name, email, and culture (language: English or Spanish) of the person you’d like to add.
  4. As soon as you save the new Admin, an automatic email will be sent to the email address you entered for the new administrator. The email will provide a link to create a password to enter the system.
