SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) and Kuder launched a nationwide rollout of MySkillsFuture in 2016. MySkillsFuture is a key component of Singapore’s national movement to promote a culture and holistic system of lifelong learning through the pursuit of skills mastery, and an ecosystem of quality education and training. Kuder customized its three career assessments by application of its scientific process for adapting assessments to different cultures and languages.
The Alabama State Department of Education (ALSDE) selected Kuder in 2010 to develop a comprehensive statewide online career planning system for all students. The custom Alabama Career Planning System, powered by Kuder® supports the state’s education strategy, with the goal of preparing all students to be successful in college and/or career upon graduation from high school.

The National Urban League partners with Kuder to provide select network affiliates with an online career planning system to support students they serve in grades 9-12 who are transitioning to further education, particularly in technology and STEM-related careers. While college access is one of the program’s overarching goals, helping students understand their career interests is a main priority as well in order to connect their passions to opportunities such as careers in STEM.
The Louisiana Workforce Commission (LWC) selected Kuder to provide Hope Central™ to unemployed adults. LWC was eager to implement the system given the massive impact that the COVID–19 pandemic was having on workers and families throughout the state of Louisiana. What started as a great resource to cope with job loss and unemployment, quickly expanded to mental health support and career recovery for many of life’s challenges.

Additionally, Kuder has demonstrable experience configuring the FedRAMP laaS environment and processing all authority to operate (ATO) documents that meet specific requirements. We are also a registered government supplier through the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA).
